2024 SALE GALLERY
A big thanks to everyone who attended the 2024 sale here at Arthur’s Knob – the last one at this venue. Next year we plan to relocate the Bimbadeen sale to our Jambin block, ‘Jindalee’.
Special mentions to our crew – Jack, Sarah & Em – who worked so hard in the lead up to the sale, and bringing up bulls and heifers throughout the event. To Sophie, Ash and Greer for help ‘feeding and watering’ everyone. And to Liz, whose efforts provided such beautiful flowers on the day (and also assisting in the catering department).

The 2024 Bimbadeen Genetics Sale saw extremely strong repeat buyer action and a terrific finish to the sale with our females creating some hectic bidder competition.
We achieved an 95% clearance with bulls and 100% for females – with outstanding local support and buyers located from southern Victoria through to the Mackay region and west to Charleville.
Top-price bull, Lot4 Bimbadeen ULYSSES U005 (PP) sold for $14,000 and is headed to Kimberley Downs Brangus (Roger Davis and family) at Leongatha, Victoria. Kimberley Downs also picked up Lot 10, Bimbadeen USAIN U121 (PP) for $10,000.
Lot 2 bull, Bimbadeen UNIFIED U173 (PP) was snapped up by Shamrock Brangus, Bororen for $13,000.
Females achieved a great average of $7,300 and topped at $13,000 for Bimbadeen UTOPIA U058 (PP), purchased by David & Julie McCamley, Palmal Brahmans & Brangus, Dingo. Bimbadeen UNITY U085 (PP) was picked up by the Berrie family of Didcott, who took home six heifers and a bull.
Bulk buyers on the day were all repeat clients, with Charleville buyer CA Crozier & TF Rule picking up 7 bulls, and the Campbell family putting together a great run of 5 bulls.
We thank all our buyers – including an impressive list of repeat buyers, seven Brangus studs and new clients – and all underbidders for their support. There was some great value-for-money across the board and lots of happy customers!
